How to use

When burning for the first time, let the candle burn for 2-3 hours until the entire top of the wax melts to the edges of the vessel
Only then will you avoid tunneling and the candle will burn evenly every time you use it.
the wick should be about 5–7 mm long
burn the candle for a maximum of 3–4 hours at a time
Place the candle in the appropriate location. Always place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
extinguish the candle gently
Leave about 1 cm of wax at the bottom. Do not burn the candle all the way down to avoid cracking the glass and overheating.

Precautions

do not leave a candle unattended or close to flammable objects
do not place within reach of children and animals
keep a distance of at least 10 cm between candles
do not use liquids to extinguish the product

Returns and complaints

Return:

You have 14 days to withdraw from the contract and another 14 days to return the goods. Products must be unused and must have their tags attached. Returns are accepted at the warehouse or in person at the boutique. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the package.

Complaint:

Submit your complaint via email to reklamacje@lecollet.pl , attaching photos and a description of the defect. After receiving confirmation, return the clean product to our address. You can use a free DHL label or an INPOST code. Your complaint will be reviewed within 14 days.
