TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE “LE COLLET CLUB” LOYALTY PROGRAM
§1 General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: the "Terms") define the rules of the Loyalty Program operating under the name “Le Collet Club” (hereinafter: the "Program").
The Program organizer is: LeCollet Maya Bohosiewicz Spółka Komandytowo-Akcyjna, with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Adama Naruszewicza 5 lok. 3, 02-627 Warsaw, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, 12th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000961736, NIP: 7010832970, REGON: 380751186 (hereinafter: the "Organizer", “Seller” or “Service Provider”).
The Organizer is the owner and operator of the Online Store and the entity providing Services within the Online Store.

§ 2 Definitions
Capitalized terms used in these Terms, unless otherwise defined herein, shall have the following meaning:
1) Consumer – means:
a) a natural person purchasing in the Online Store for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity, or
b) a natural person conducting sole proprietorship who purchases Products in the Online Store directly related to their business activity but not of a professional nature for that person.
2) Account – an individual Participant account maintained in the Organizer’s system and available at https://lecollet.pl/pages/rewards after registration, where information about the Participant’s activities within the Program is recorded.
3) Participation Levels – participation tiers in the Loyalty Program specified in these Terms (New In, Bronze, Silver, Gold, LC Business Club), each associated with privileges, rewards and additional benefits granted to Participants under the rules described in these Terms and on https://lecollet.pl/pages/rewards.
4) Points – virtual points collected by the Participant on their account in exchange for performing certain activities in the Online Store. Based on the number of Points, the Participant receives a Program level. Points are not legal tender and cannot be exchanged for cash. Points remain valid for 12 months from the date of allocation, after which they permanently expire.
5) Online Store Regulations – available at https://lecollet.pl/ Terms and Conditions of Purchase and Use of the LECOLLET.PL Portal defining rules for distance sales contracts between Customers and the Organizer;
6) Online Store – an IT platform (information system enabling remote selection and purchase of goods) available at https://lecollet.pl/ operated by LeCollet Maya Bohosiewicz S.K.A., allowing Buyers in particular to:
a) view Seller’s goods, including prices and availability,
b) conclude sales agreements,
c) return purchased goods,
d) review Regulations and Data Protection Policies.
7) Physical Store – a retail sales outlet operated by the Organizer or an authorized Partner where Participants may purchase Products in person. The current list of store addresses and opening hours is available at https://lecollet.pl/.
8) Participant – a natural person with full legal capacity who is a Consumer participating or joining the Program.
Capitalized terms not defined above or in these Terms shall have meanings assigned to them in the Online Store Regulations.
§3 General Provisions
By joining the Program, the Participant concludes an agreement with the Organizer for an indefinite period. The content of the agreement is defined by these Terms.
Participation in the Program is voluntary. Participants have the right, but not the obligation, to use the Program. No fees are charged for participation.
The Program operates at https://lecollet.pl/pages/rewards and in all Physical Stores located within the Republic of Poland.
Within the Program, the Organizer undertakes to:

enable Participants to use their Account and its functionalities through the Online Store,

prepare and enable Participants to benefit from preferential purchasing conditions, including special prices, offers, discounts and promotions,

grant Points for product purchases and other activities defined in promotional regulations,

grant Participation Levels upon fulfillment of requirements specified in these Terms.
Discounts, Points, Participation Levels and other Program benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or material equivalents.
Participants must comply with these Terms and all applicable store regulations.
Participants must provide accurate, up-to-date and necessary information during Account registration and update it when necessary.
Participants must refrain from posting unlawful, vulgar, offensive, abusive or privacy-violating content.
Participants must not upload or transmit viruses or malicious code.
Participants must not provide content infringing copyrights or personal rights.
Participants must not attempt to obtain information not intended for them.
The Organizer is not responsible for errors made by Participants in registration forms.
§ 4 Joining the Program
Participation begins upon Account creation in accordance with store regulations.
Participation must be personal; accounts cannot be created on behalf of others.
After Account creation, the Participant receives confirmation via email and obtains the New In level.
Participants may modify their personal data in the “My Data” section.
Participants may possess only one active Account. If multiple accounts are detected, the Organizer may verify ownership or terminate participation immediately.
§ 5 Collecting Points
Points are credited starting from the first purchase after joining the Program.
Points are credited after providing phone number or email in-store or automatically online after login.
Points from in-store purchases are available immediately; online purchases credit Points within 14 days after order completion.
Points expire after 12 months.
Returned purchases result in Points cancellation; Points used for discounts are not refunded.
Points may be exchanged for monetary discounts (“Discounts”) according to current conversion rates published on https://lecollet.pl/pages/rewards or in the Account. Changes are announced 30 days in advance.
Participants decide whether to use Discounts during purchase; only one Discount per transaction is allowed.
Using a Discount deducts Points accordingly.
Discounts apply to products offered in Physical Stores and the Online Store.
Additional Points may be granted during marketing campaigns.
Points information is available in Accounts or stores.
§ 6 Participation Levels
Program levels include:

New In,
-
Bronze,
-
Silver,
-
Gold,
-
LC Business Club.
Higher levels are achieved after reaching required purchase values within 12 months.
Levels remain valid for 12 months and are adjusted automatically thereafter.
Organizer may modify thresholds with 30 days’ notice.
Privileges accumulate across levels.
Levels 1–4 are automatically assigned.
LC Business Club is granted based on purchase conditions or invitation. Organizer’s decision is final.
§ 7 Personal Data
Personal data processing rules are described in the Privacy Policy attached to the Terms.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Participants may withdraw from participation within 14 days without providing reasons under consumer protection law.
Withdrawal requires submission of a clear statement; a model form may be used but is not obligatory.
Statements may be submitted in writing or electronically.
The deadline is met if the statement is sent before its expiry.
§ 9 Termination of Participation
Participants may resign at any time.
Resignation results in loss of Program benefits.
Benefits may still be used within one month after resignation.
Organizer may exclude Participants immediately for violations including providing false data or abusing the Program.
Participants are informed electronically.
Complaints regarding exclusion may be filed within 14 days.
§ 10 Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing or electronically.
They may be submitted throughout the Program duration and up to one month after its end.
Complaints should include personal and contact details and description.
Organizer may request additional information.
Complaints are processed under Polish law within 14 days.
Organizer does not use out-of-court dispute resolution.
§ 11 Suspension or Termination of Program
Organizer may suspend or terminate the Program for important reasons with at least one month’s notice.
Benefits granted before suspension remain usable until suspension or termination.
After termination, Accounts are deleted.
Important reasons include legal changes, court decisions, market or economic changes, or need to prevent abuse.
§ 12 Amendments to Terms
Organizer may amend Terms for important reasons including legal changes, court decisions, preventing abuse, removing ambiguities, expanding Program scope or updating company details.
Current Terms are published online.
Account holders are notified at least 14 days in advance.
Changes become effective after this period.
Lack of acceptance prevents Account use.
Changes do not affect previously concluded sales contracts.
§ 13 Final Provisions
These Terms constitute the sole document regulating the Program.
Invalidity of any provision does not affect others.

Polish law applies and Polish courts are competent unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
E-mail delivery is considered effective once stored on the recipient’s mail server.
Organizer supervises Program operations and decisions are final.
Organizer may contact Participants by phone for satisfaction surveys; participation is voluntary.
Promotional materials are informative; Terms are binding.
The Terms enter into force on 05.02.2026.
